I have really liked this so far. Not sure if it gives results in the long run but it does help cinch the waist a bit more when wearing it. These jeans fit a little tight without it, but with it, fits fine. Stretchy, and comfortable. I am usually a medium and I ordered a small. I got all three sizes of the buttons very well, not too tight but comfortable. Shipping is not too bad, but could be better.
